In compliance with the provisions contained in Article 6 of Regional Law no. 11 of 26 June 2015, without prejudice to the obligations of publicity and transparency required by the state regulations and in compliance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, we are hereby publishing extracts from the resolutions of the Board of Directors and the Shareholders’ Meeting and the decisions of the chairperson and management.

You will also find publications of the financial statements of the last three financial years, the budgets and the business plans.

These are publications for information purposes only. The documents shown, although identical to the originals, do not constitute a certified copy of them and, therefore, have no legal value. Tampering with or misuse of these documents may be prosecuted according to law. In any case, the only documents that are authentic are the original ones kept at AMAP SPA and anyone who is entitled may ask for a certified copy of them.
