The Integrated Water Service Charter approved by Resolution No. 154 of the Board of Directors of 30/10/2002 defines the commitments that AMAP SPA assumes towards its users in the management of the integrated water service. It establishes principles and criteria for the provision of the service, provides the service quality indicators and emphasises the attention given to the needs of users.
