The shortname is css-scrollbars which is fine, but, while the current title is just “CSS Scrollbars” I think “CSS Scrollbar Styling” would be a better title. it's not about generating or simulating scrollbars with CSS or anything like that, just basic styling of what's already there.

The CSS Working Group just discussed CSS Scrollbars L1, and agreed to the following:

  • RESOLVED: Retitle CSS Scrollbars to CSS Scrollbar Styling
  • RESOLVED: Republish
